Meet Our Attorneys
Norman McNeal, Esq.
Norman McNeal received both his undergraduate degree in social work science (BSSW) and master of social work degree (MSW) from The Ohio State University prior to attending Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law; where he received a Juris Doctorate degree.
He became interested in law during his time investigating the merits of claims of wrongful conviction as a graduate student intern with the Ohio Office of the Public Defender's Wrongful Conviction Project. Since that time, he has worked in areas of ex-offender community reentry, public interest law, Veteran's affairs, and family mediation.
He is a licensed Maryland attorney and looks forward to zealously representing you and serving as an advocate on your behalf.
Davida Harmon, Esq.
Prior to attending undergraduate school, Davida Harmon served in the United States Army as a paralegal. During her service, she was deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. After her service, she obtained her undergraduate degree and continued to work for the military in civilian capacity as a claim investigator for the United States Army. She has over 10 years of experience investigating and evaluating military personal injury and medical malpractice claims.
Davida Harmon received her Juris Doctorate degree from The University of Baltimore School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude. She is an experienced family mediator and is formally trained in mediation techniques, child access mediation, and conflict resolution models.
Davida is a licensed Maryland attorney, and is looking forward to utilizing her legal knowledge and experience to represent you in your legal matter.
